For running ltsp clients you need a DHCP server which tells the clients where to get the boot file from. This task can be done by a Linux or any other DHCP server that can send the "bootserver" and "bootfile" option to the client. These options can be set in the Win2k config like DNS server or router. So simply set the "bootserver" option to your "ltsp" server's IP and your Linux TFTP server is used. Set the "bootfile" option to the boot image and the client should boot.
