Ryan,

Do you want a bash prompt from the server or from the
workstation ?

setting RUNLEVEL in the lts.conf file will select
the type of session that runs on the workstation

RUNLEVEL = 3 This gives you a bash prompt at the workstation
but it is for diagnostics only. Very helpful to
                 troubleshoot your ltsp installation.

RUNLEVEL = 4 This gives you telnet access to the server.

RUNLEVEL = 5 Graphical mode. This will give you an X Windows
                 login on the server.

Hope that helps,

Jim McQuillan
