Power up 20 Workstations (Main swith ON) and NONE will boot.

Set -limit on xinetd to 1000 repeat and all wake as expeced.

Switch OFF 15, and ON 5 - all 5 boot, power on another 5 and they boot
etc etc. Now for 50 WS Major pain!!
