The Mandrake 9.0 release contains their own terminal server package and
a rather nice GUI admin tool that will generate dhcpd.conf using your
existing network settings as defaults. I believe the sources for the
tool are all gpl... so if you wanted to write a version to support LTSP,
this might be a place to start.

As it stands, the tool doesn't support customized clients... but they
say they're working on adding this capability.
