Even if the diskless workstation is powered with ATX where can its own 
"shutdown" program be installed?  Or can it shares the aforesaid program 
with the LTSP server?

My option will be the "browsing hours" limiting it to certain periods as 
well as refraining students sending their works via webmail to outside for 
assistance, if possible.
