Adell,

According to the /usr/include/asm/errno.h file,
a 116 is a 'Stale NFS file handle'.  I'm not exactly sure
what that means.

But, I'd try this:

    exportfs -ra

and that should re-export your NFS directories.

Then, try and boot the client again.
