The client is getting a DHCP response from the correct server.
/var/log/messages reports this on the server:

Oct 15 10:24:57 dblab dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:00:c7:00:34:90 via eth0
Oct 15 10:24:57 dblab dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on x.105.102.90 to
00:00:c7:00:34:90 via eth0
Oct 15 10:24:57 dblab dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for x.105.102.90 from
00:00:c7:00:34:90 via eth0
Oct 15 10:24:57 dblab dhcpd: DHCPACK on x.105.102.90 to
00:00:c7:00:34:90 via eth0

So the server is reporting a request and an offer in the log.
FYI: I am using ISC DHCP Server 2.0pl5
