Simone,
When you installed LTSP, the "ltsp_initialize" script modified certain
files on your server.  One of these files would have been
/etc/X11/xdm/kdmrc, if KDM had been installed (these paths are good on
my system, you may need to change them to match your system).

Since KDM was installed after LTSP, you will need to make these changes
yourself.  

You can look at /opt/ltsp/templates/kdmrc.tmpl to see what changes you
need to make manually, or you can re-run "ltsp_initialize" and ask it to
only make the KDM changes.  I recommend doing it by hand.

Try this:
diff /opt/ltsp/templates/kdmrc.tmpl /etc/X11/xdm/kdmrc

This will list the differences between the two files.  The important
change is "Enabled = yes" in the [Xdmcp] section.
