Hello all,

I am facing an odd situation here!

I am trying to boot a linux client using LTSP and a Windows 2K Server, as the server computer. Mapping the ext2 partition through NTFS, I have already succeded to start up the client in run level 3 (changing the ltsp.conf).

But, when the */tmp/start_ws* script is executed (at run level 5), the client shows an error message like this:

/usr/X11R6/bin/XFree86: Input/Output error

I realize that this message is generated because the binary Linux file XFree86 is executed in the server (or at least, tryied to be executed). Is it correct?

Is there a way to execute EVERYTHING (from the kernel to the X System) in the client?

Thanks,

Marcos
