Yes of course, they'll be able to. And in the delivered status. Give only the information about the DHCP (ltsp) server.
And a very nice benefit: They are manageable remotly in cause of the built in Elux OS (linux based). Have a look at www.myelux.com.

What info about the DHCP server do they need? I've currently tested with various
older PC, HP e-vectra work fine, but you don't mention any difference, to a DC
running an old P75. The e-vectras can be put in PXE boot mode, and will then
happily broadcast for a DHCP server;)

However, they are of course too expensive. I don't like the idea of too much things, like
the OS and some remote managable tools in the DC. That's what I like most about
LTSP, you can do it all through the server.

The thin client should be as dump as possible, ability to put in a floppy/CD-rom, or
sound would be nice.
