Michael;

I've evaluated several of these devices, and have found
the following:

ThinkNIC
- Can easily be set to PXE boot (Pressing certain keys during
startup pops it into BIOS setup - set 1st boot device to LAN)
- CD-ROM is unnecessary for LTSP
- 4 fans (4 more moving parts)

Jammin' 125
- Same hardware as the Optoma ST320
- Excellent solution
- No moving parts
- 300 MHz CPU?
- Costs somewhat more than Via Eden

Via Eden based system
- US $202 shipped to Dallas from (qty 1, no discounts)
  http://www.caseoutlet.com/NWPc/2677/itx2677.html
- Add 1 memory stick, set BIOS to boot first to "LAN", Rock and roll
- 800 MHz version has CPU fan, 533 MHz version does not (my choice)
- Case has 1 quiet fan and comes with brick power supply

I've tried them all, and though the Via box is bigger
and has a fan, I prefer it to the Eden. Faster CPU,
and no Disk-On-Chip to manage.

Hope this helps,

Tom
