I am not sure anyone understood your question but here
goes:

run level 3 is not for X Server, You should be getting
a root prompt if your ltsp conf is set for that. 

run level 5 is the one you want to get the X server to
start.

I want to start the server in Runlevel 3. So i start
the tftp, dhcpd 
and the
ntfs Server. But when the client starts the X Server
do not came up.
