I get gconf errors muttering something about getting ORBit running
across TCP/IP when I mount /home from my DHCP/everything server.

I hoped that I could have one customised, small, server running
DHCP/LDAP/NFS/RAID/Courier IMAP, and another (big/fat) server with a
generic install - plus tftp and gdm and nfs-mounted /home - that could
have all the latest and greatest / Ooops /crash without taking me out -
but gnome apps (like galeon) complain.

Do you have problems like that ?

Cheers, Andy!
