Hi Gerson,
I am very new to Linux. I have not even scratched the surface of
Linux myself. But, I did have that font size problem that you speak of. The
way I fixed it sounds sort of weird but it did work. In your GUI on your
main Linux box go to your Display Settings box. Click on the advanced tab.
Click on the Set DPI button. I would be willing to guess that your monitor
width and height is set to 0,0. Change it to 279, 216. Click the OK boxes
until you get back to your desktop. You can play with those numbers to see
if the font size changes on the logon screen. I don't know if you will need
to restart any services. I just reboot the whole box. This fixed my logon
screen font size problem. When you think about the screen size variables it
makes sense. The font size would have to multiply times the width and the
height to display properly. If the numbers are ZERO then you would get a
small font size. I am just theorizing here. Give it a try and let me know
what you find.

Mike
