Meanwhile I played a litte with this stuff. I supposed a correlation with the ltsp-sound package (with also works fine..) and deactivate it. Result: Unchanged - Then, I delete my testuser, apply it new, log on via Terminal and run the Staroffice-setup now via Terminal again. And now, it works, for this and any other user!
