Mickael,

Yes, you can use a USB mouse.  There's a document on the LTSP.org
contrib page describing how to do it.  The doc is a bit dated,
but the bulk of what you need is there.

The main thing is you need to load a couple of kernel modules
to get at the USB mouse.
