Well your Server has the IP 192.168.0.4 and the client wants to mount it
from 192.168.0.254 :-(

I suggest you to give your server first of all the default IP 192.168.0.254.
If this works you can change it to another IP, but you've got to change the
IP also in /etc/exports; /etc/dhcpd.conf and /opt/lts/i386/etc/lts.conf
