Anyway, here is mine. It allows my LTSP terminals to log in and mount the NFS drive just fine, though I am having LTSP problems that are probably unrelated to NFS.
#This one line is it:
/opt/ltsp/i386 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash)
(replace xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx with the I.P. address of your server as seen by the terminals)
