Cindy, I have it running in two public libraries - Fanwood, NJ and Highland Park, NJ. Both libraries offer their patrons Internet access, word processing (including floppy disk access) and printing.
Both are running their IPACs on LTSP also. One library uses timed sessions and filtering while the other does not. The first library has been running LTSP for over a year and the results are *great*! I have had to make two service calls in the last 4 months, both due to children powering off the IPACs (I now use ext3! :-) I use a Web based admin page so that non-technical staff can reset printers, kiosks, check on the servers, etc. If you want some additional input, I'm sure the Director of the Fanwood Library would be glad to give you his point of view. The Director and myself had given a presentation to the New Jersey Library Association last spring that was well received.
