OK, I explained that a bit roughly. It's the fixed address ones with a
host <hostname> {}
that get one, not the dynamic ones.

Right. That makes sense. I need to test that, but we only use the
dynamic addresses for a sort of catch-all so that clients that have not
been entered explicitly into dhcpd still can get a connection. So if
the schools need to tweak anything they need to make sure the ws is
registered with its MAC address.
