I suppose you could create a bootable CD that runs ISOLINUX (can be
found on the same site that hosts SYSLINUX boot loader) which will call
a LILO-enabled Etherboot image.  That should work just fine.  All the
documentation on how to get ISOLINUX working and burned to a CD is on
the ISOLINUX site.
