The Netscape on my box is also a 4.77. I get to see the full page and the Submit/Reset buttons function like they should after John's changes.
The HTML code of the page doesn't contain any Java or JavaScript. However, it defines a <style>. Did you enable those in Edit/Preferences/Advanced? Are you sure you're not looking at the cached version of that page? Verify the setting at Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Cache. Check the box that says "Every time" and reload the page.
