Hi,

unpack only the ltsp_initrd_kit. You need the root directory in the
archive, further you need the mknbi-linux tool. Use the mknbi from
Etherboot not from netboot. After running mknbi, copy the kernel and
initrd to your tftpboot directory. Thats all. Ext2 is already included
in the ltsp kernel, and the applikation package is installed with the
./install skript within.
