Hi, I am using LTSP in production now with 22 VIA mini-itx based clients on Debian Woody (P4 1.8 mHz with 750 MB ram).
I am experiencing a random boot problem. So far I can see, there is no explanation (there probably is - I just really can't see it). What happens is this: The clients boots via Etherboot, which then loads a kernel using tftp-hpa. Every now and then(tm), as uptime grows bigger on the server, the clients seems to have bigger problems booting the kernel. I can see (both using my eyes and tcpdump) that the client gets the kernel by tftp, then tries to boot it (it prints 'Ok. booting the kernel..'), then halts. This happens randomly, as far as I can see, for no reason at all :-) Any help would really be appreciated.
