Depends on what you mean by "work with".

Solaris/HP as LTSP clients:  As far as I know, Linux 
hasn't been ported to the HP architecture, but it has
for Solaris.  It's not part of the normal LTSP
distribution, but it could be worked out for solaris.

Solaris/HP as LTSP server: A Solaris or HP box *could*
be used as an LTSP server.  The current installation 
is geared for installing on a intel Linux machines, 
but the resulting server directories and network 
services can be duplicated on other platforms.  It 
would need:

        DHCP - Get the source from ISC.org and install on
               your server & use the same dhcpd.conf file
        NFS  - Duplicate served directories (/etc/exports)
        TFTP - Duplicate served directories 
        ?DM  - Export whatever session you want for the terminals
        

My thought is to install a working copy on an Intel
server and then copy the directories and config files
to the other server.  It *should* work.
