www.monitorworld.com might have the specs for those Elonex monitors.

808x606 is a working 4/3 resolution which is within the 1Mb limit at

Again, 1Mb leaves room for more: 1152x864 at 8 bits.

I also have good experiences with S3 Trio 64+ and XF86_S3. XFree86 4.2
also works, so try the latest ltsp-x package.
