how may I delete screensavers? I dont know where to start.
How may I change defaiuilts? I cant find anything, to be different for new users to see besides the default window manager, and the default web page for mozilla, netscape etc; and how to edit the user menus globally?
ahh and, Id like to leave my server to also function as a client, BUT any user may simply press "shut dorn" in gdm, and there they all go out 8)
Where haver you seen good themes? I hate to brake the news, but most themes are ugly, a few good quality themes for icewm yould be a life saver

Some comparison testing on your set up sounds in order.
You'll get a lot of diff. responses to this question but.....
Kdm and gnome are killers......
I for one would run either Xfce or icewm. Icewm is quite cool.
One of the biggest problems I keep seeing over and over is watch
out for screen savers! I for one would configure nothing but a global "BLANK"
screen saver only, for all users. Screen savers will drag a system/net down in a big way!
