Jeff, Probably the easiest way to handle that is to grab the XF86_5530.gz package from the ltsp download page. That is the XFree86 3.3.6 Xserver that works for the Jammin-125. Also, grab the Jammin-125-Modelines.txt file too.
That should be all you need to get the Jammin-125 to work with LTSP 2.08. Later, when you upgrade to LTSP 3.0, you won't need the special Xserver, because the cyrix graphics chip is supported by XFree86 4.2.99.
