If only that was true. My new Dell Dimension 4500s has an on-board Intel
845G which XFree86-4 will run at 640x480 with "vesa" (on a good day). I
gave up on it and tried an old Diamond Stealth 64 Video VRAM card -
XFree86-4 wouldn't touch that either - back to XFree86_S3...
