1.- ok enter here

2.- choose a custom screen mode

3.- press on 'set mode parameters to form bellow'

4.- press on 'calculate'

5.- copy the 'Xfree86 modeline'


It will give you a value like this (one line)

Modeline "800x600"   40   800 840 968 1056   600 601
605 628  +hsync +vsync


in lts.conf change it to this (one line)

x_mode_0 = 800x600 40 800 840 968 1056 600 601 605 628
 +hsync +vsync


try different combinations arround the 60 hz range
which is pretty common on old and new hardware 8)
