Well the cheapo way is ERPOM, any supported nic card
with a slot for the eprom chip featured in this
picture will do, its price is quite low as well as the
local electronic store that will charge a buck or two
to program your chip, or you may get it programmed
free at your local college ;)

The other kind is PXE, a little more expensive because
you can program it yourself via software
