Sure (about +5, & +12, but most PC's also use -12, and now, 3.3V, soft power on/off . There may be -5 as well, though I'm not sure.

If you can give my dim's, and/or, if dim's are critical, I can probably locate something.
Is it a box, or open ?. If open, you may be able to identify o/p regulators.
Is it completely dead ?. It may be repairable....input fuse ?. Do you have a multimeter ?. The possibilities are endless.

Can anyone else confirm if they are just +5, +12 ?. It is a bit difficult on a dead one.
