We personally are using the 533 mhz version with a 64M dimm and a 32M
compact flash
mini linux distro. We chose the 533 since we run them in a nasty dirty
environment, thus
we wanted as few or no moving parts as possible. Everything over the 533 has
a CPU fan, so 
far they perform great...

They have a bunch now..  And I don't know which is best.  It's for
