I did everything according to the documentation (I am using Mandrake 9.0), except for the location of the kernel (in /usr/lib/tftpboot instead of /lts), everything was ok.
It loads the kernel but when it says done it simply reboots the terminal, I am guessing it is the network card a 3c509 combo isa card so tomorrow I will use a pci 3905 card try and see wait it does with that, any suggestions are welcome I had already done this in a mandrake 8.2 machine with lots of troubles in the making but I did it fine, other xterminal dow, so my best guess is that the network card might have something to do with the problem. thanx __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
