Short answer: you can't
Longer answer: Install a system the same as ltsp (RH 7.0 ?)
compile sshd
copy it and necessary libs to the opt/ltsp hierarchy
choose your authentication and implement

gives a good eg of howto
for me security is not relevant: LTSP clients are in
a trusted network, RootFS is readonly and sensitive
EFT-BANK data is already encrypted
