Gabriel, I'm proud to say that I don't have a Hotmail account to check to see if this works but can you simply URL encode the username/password form? (i.e. https://loginnet.passport.com/ppsecure/post.srf?login=foo&passwd=bar) of course making sure to get all the hidden fileds too. I see that the log-in form is normally POST not GET but it may work.
