First you have to make sure that xfs is started and it listens to your
local network requests, for that set up correctly: /etc/X11/fs/config

make sure you comment this:

# don't listen to TCP ports by default for security reasons
# no-listen = tcp

then you need to start the xfs service at boot up, use chkconfig or
simply ntsys for that.

last, in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf
specify the usage of XFS:

        USE_XFS            = Y

/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf.readme for further information.
