Regular ltsp will kill all apps and you will be logged back into a fresh new desktop
But I have read on this list that there is an option by integrating VNC so that sessions are kept active with it and when you login with a workstation you are just going into the running desktop, not very effective when you have many users but I bet itd be cool in a small office where there will never be too many simultaneous users 8) this is related, but I dont know if it does what I mentioned http://www.pcxperience.org/thinclient/software/vnc-X-session-20010321.tar.gz --- Josiah Ritchie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Martin Herweg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> scripted: > > > Kohl Laszlo wrote: > > > If the connection lost and the user log in > agaig, can she/he continue the > > > prev. session > > > or all apps will die when the connection is > lost? > > > > only if you use vnc additionally to X-Window > > What is everything was run from screen?
