Yes, you have to use option 129:

option option-128   e4:45:74:68:00:00;
option option-129   "NIC=rtl8139";

option 128 is necessary, it just uses a special address (exactly the one
above) to announce there're further options. In option 129 you may then
specify linux kernel boot parameters. You might be able to get an overview
in the linux kernel boot howto. The line I gave you might work for you,
though.
