WHERE WAS MY BRAIN WHEN I POSTED THIS?? IF ANYONE FINDS A BRAIN
WANDERING AROUND, PLEASE SEND IT HOME.

Matt, I'm sorry; I miss-typed that.
On the server, /etc/ltsp.conf should look like this:
LTSP_DIR=/opt/ltsp

That's all, nothing else; take the SERVER= line out. This file is used
by a few things that run on the server.

/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf holds the configurations for your
terminals. This is where your SERVER=192.168.1.11 should go, just after
the line that reads "[Default]".

Delete /etc/lts.conf; you don't need it and it might cause confusion
down the road.

Set it back; the correct setting is "LTSP_DIR=/opt/ltsp"

Yes, this is what I meant; I'm sorry about that.

Add this to /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf:
[Default]
    RUNLVEL = 3
    USE_NFS_SWAP = N

This will cause your workstation to boot into a "debugging" mode and
will turn off NFS swapping. Does this work?

Also, could you please post your /opt/ltsp/i386/lts.conf file?

-David
