Newer etherboot versions should ignore DHCP offers if they do not
contain a filename - dhcp routers afaik don't send one.

Would be nice if you had full control over the router, which I
personally do not - so we wired all the LTSP terminals to a separate
ethernet segment. No headaches this way.
