I had a board that offered this option, but did not boot via pxe... even though it had onboard lan. Seems to depend on the manufacturer. If there is pxe support and it is enabled, possibly you must select "LAN" as first boot device (before "Harddrive C:"). You also need to have dhcp set up correctly. I believe this is documented on ltsp.org, or in the pxestuff package from there. Something I didn't test extendedly (worked once) was to modify the onboard BIOS (and put etherboot inside it). This will void your warranty probably... Nice to have "test" systems around. YMMV.
