Hi,
I have a strange problem with one of my clients. Sometimes it boots up
perfectly, sometimes it panics with a segmentation fault half way through
boot up, some times it says it doesnt get it's hostname passed to it and
stops, and just now it says that It can't mount it's filesystem with NFS as
permission is denied!
Has anyone experienced this before? It is the only machine doing this. Spec
is P120, 16Mb RAM, ATI Mach 64 2Mb graphics, d-link 530 TX NIC. Server is HP
Netserver RH 7.1, ltsp 3.0.1, P3 1.33Ghz, 384 MB.
The only thing similar to this that I have experienced before is where the
client hung half way through booting. Strangely enough it worked fine with
the external cache removed.
Any ideas for this one?
