I don't have experience with W2k dhcp, but if it supports "filename"
and "next-server", you could try.
Else there is the possibility to run a dhcp server on a linux box that
only answers to requests of linux clients - if you have a decent IP
range for it, that is no problem. I think this mailing list has lots
of info about that, view the archives or ask again.
