The XF86_Mach64 Xserver is from XFree86 version 3.3.6.
I'm guessing that your XF86Config file is from a version 4.0 (or newer)
version of XFree86. Some of the config syntax is different between
the 2 versions.
Why are you using a custom XF86Config file ?
If you are trying to force a certain resolution, just use
the X_MODE_0 entry:
example:
X_MODE_0 = 800x600
If you need custom modeline settings, then add the modeline info
after the 800x600. Take a look at this page for an example:
