/opt/ltsp/i386/etc/XF86Config is a symlink to /tmp/XF86Config

By deleting it, you broke the way LTSP does X windows.

You need to recreate that symlink.

   ln -s /tmp/XF86Config  /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/XF86Config
