If you are booting from a flash rom you could put rdesktop on it and then 
terminal server into a windows server.

Take a look at the neoware machines.. there are others I just don't have names 
right now.

We have a call center that uses neoware machines that boot to linux and then 
gives you a choice as to which Windows server to log into vis rdesktop

So it would need to be a machine with a bit of ROM.  not sure is rdesktop will 
fit on a floppy.
