Yes, no problem at all. LTSP has a totally separate file tree to the
server, it does not care what the server is, as long as it provides the
services LTSP needs. Debian on Alpha certainly has them all. And Alpha
is a nice platform :-)

You will, however have to install LTSP "manually" and configure the
services yourself, I don't think there are alpha.debs readily available.
The docs on http://ltsp.org will give you guidance on how to do this.
