 no, you dont do that in dhcpd.conf.
 you configure Video Cards in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf

 please read the Documentation
--------------------------------
Ya lo hice en el archivo lts.conf y es la siguiente:

Probe con vesa,XF86_SVGA, y no puedo configurarla.
Por eso preguntaba si no va algun parametro en el kernel.

I already did in the file lts.conf and is the following one:
[pc50]
        XSERVER            = XF86_SVGA
        LOCAL_APPS         = N
        USE_NFS_SWAP       = Y
        X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL   = "Microsoft"
        X_MOUSE_DEVICE     = "/dev/ttyS0"
        X_MOUSE_RESOLUTION = 50
        X_MOUSE_BUTTONS    = 3
        SWAPFILE_SIZE      = 64m
        RUNLEVEL           = 5
        RCFILE_01          = floppyd
 Probe with vesa, XF86_SVGA, and I cannot form it. For that reason it asked if
parametro in kernel does not go algun.
