Trivial!

Install your normal hard-disk system eg redhat
get a lilo image for your network card from www.rom-o-matic.net

install the image in /boot and add an entry (like the ones there already)
to boot the rom image in lilo.conf or in grub.conf. Don't bother with
any initrd entries.

Boot -> menu-option -> linux  or -> netboot
